Progress on the final project

So, I am in the process of trying to extend what I have so far for my doc. It's kind of difficult, because I already have a structure in place that I am happy with, and I don't want to interfere with that. I shot some footage this weekend that I am trying to work in, but it feels a little misplaced. Hopefully, I can get it to work as a positive addition to the film.

Final Project

So, I have finished shooting my interviews. I interviewed two of the people I regularly work with on films, Megan and Davonte. I focused my questions on what their opinions were of Columbus film as an industry. They didn't seem to think that Columbus had a future in film. I tend to agree with them.

I've also been going through b-roll I'd like to use. It's a very long process (10 tapes!) but I've made a pretty big dent in it so far.

Going Green

So...we haven't formed our groups for class just yet, but I have an idea I am very interested in pursuing, Ohio States Green initiative. Ohio State has many plans for going green in the works, including taking advantage of alternative energies. I already have a possible contact, so hopefully that will work out. I would like to get a group together that focuses on Ohio State issues or initiatives. I think it could be a really nice series.
